If you experience an issue with your smart home you can submit a service request and our team will be on their way!
Service Fees
Our service call fee is $169/hr during business hours within 30 miles of our office. Any materials required will be added to the final invoice.
Any emergency service requests after hours are 1.5x our usual rate and weekends 2.0X our usual rate. (Business hours 9am-5pm. Monday-Friday excludes holidays.)
We charge for both the diagnostic and repair portions of our visit. We will communicate in detail and provide an update for anything that may require more than half a day of work.
Note: Our technicians may need to reboot or turn off your network temporarily during the visit. Please have a hotspot or be prepared to work offline for the time of our visit.
